All audio production work performed by Voiceover Island/Philadelphia Voiceover Arts is on a buy-out basis, and is very competitively priced. You can choose "dry" voice tracks or full production, incorporating royalty-free stock music and effects. It is my policy to include any music that is already in my library at no extra charge. You'll benefit from my many years as the former Broadcast Production Director for two New York ad agencies, and as the former Operations Manager of the Mel Blanc (renowned voice of "Bugs Bunny") studio in Hollywood.

Rates are based on such typical industry variables as broadcast or non-broadcast usage, market size, length of project etc. I will be happy to charge by the piece, by the page or by the hour, depending on which method is most appropriate for your project. I charge the lowest possible rates consistent with a quality product, so even the smallest clients can afford my services. These include:
